![]() d2m interactive developed the Pacific Hotel Management Web site to portray the Company as eight equivalent parts of one entity. The site needed to window the eight hotels under PHM management, providing a glimpse of each hotel and it's features and facilities, while giving the hotel management company a strong Internet presence as a whole. PHM needed a Web site that not only allowed Internet access, but also provided an Intranet environment where employees could enter a password protected area for updates. Employment positions and company news updates could be added at any time by PHM administration and published easily to the site. Since that time, d2m's marketing staff has developed strategic individualized metafiles for dozens of pages on woodsidehotels.com's site and requested links from hundreds of directories and resource sites related to Woodside Hotel's business, including travel, weddings, business conferences, receptions, spas and tourism for each hotel. Today, woodsidehotels.com enjoys top 15 search engine placements for more than 327 keywords and keyword phrases relating to Woodside's six first-class hotels. ![]() d2m interactive began working with Zoria Farms, a California producer of dried fruits and nuts, in 1995, when the Internet and its potential business opportunities were just beginning to emerge on a grand scale. d2m representatives helped guide Zoria Farms through the Web site creation process and then began developing a secure online storefront. Once ready, d2m spent many hours troubleshooting online store software (which was in the early, problematic stages) and transforming customer comments and suggestions into reality to make the store run smoothly. d2m aggressively marketed Zoria Farms' Web site and store to search engines, landing the site at the top of the rankings for most of its dried fruit-related keywords. Additionally, d2m requested hundreds of links from directories and resource sites related to dried fruit, nuts, health food, recipes, cooking sites, gourmet foods, diabetics, vegetarians, online stores, gift baskets, wholesale food suppliers, food technologists and many other related topics. Zoria Farms closed its online store after moving its headquarters and shutting down its retail operations to focus on wholesale production. d2m is currently working on a new retail online storefront for Zoria Farms. d2m interactive worked with wholesale art publisher Editions Limited to offer customers Editions Limited's 2000-plus image catalog online plus web access to their account and billing information. By creating an online MyEditions account, customers can now place orders online, track orders, view previous orders and invoices, check inventory availability, access their account history and status and select shipping options. d2m's account executive served as project coordinator and liasion between Editions Limited, the company's accounting software representative and database programmers. d2m has worked with Transfer Engineering & Manufacturing (TEAM) since the company's inception in 1998. d2m very quickly designed a Web site to give TEAM a Web presence when it first splintered into its own company. Over time, d2m modified the Web site and initiated Internet marketing services. In addition to developing highly technical keyword phrases for search engine promotion, d2m's marketing staff worked to market TEAM's Web site, and thus its vacuum products, to OEMs, Production Facilities, and R&D/University Labs. After developing the site, d2m handled the monthly maintenance and updates, and added a message board to create a more interactive experience. At the end of 2001 d2m launched the Chris Cain MP3 Web Project, designing and promoting the mp3 site. As of February 1, 2002, Chris Cain's song was rated #1 on the Electric Blues chart and #11 on the main Blues chart. Chris Cain's site received over 100,000 quality plays in the first twelve months of promotion, as opposed to 12,241 quality plays in three years under former Web management.
